Trodux specializes in building mobile applications, web platforms, backend systems, and custom business software. Our services may include design, development, deployment, and ongoing support. Each project is executed based on mutually agreed requirements, timelines, and deliverables defined prior to the start of the engagement.
All projects begin with requirement discussions and scope finalization. Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information. Any changes, feature additions, or modifications requested after project initiation may impact cost and delivery timelines. Trodux follows a structured development process to ensure clarity and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Payments are to be made according to agreed milestones or subscription terms. Failure to complete payments on time may result in delays, restricted access, or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the delivered project is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed. Trodux retains the right to reuse general code structures, frameworks, and non-client-specific components. We also reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Trodux respects the confidentiality of client data and business information. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation remains in effect even after the completion or termination of the engagement.
Trodux shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. While we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software systems.
Either party may terminate the project or service agreement with prior written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Any advance payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Trodux reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
